Did you know that in life everything will be okay in the end?\u00a0 Also did you know that when life is not okay, it is not the end–so there is time to make things better?<\/p>\n

It is true.<\/p>\n

You can make things better if you change your thoughts.\u00a0 Your negative thoughts imprison you, and motivating thoughts lift you up and enable you keep going.<\/p>\n

Want to change your thoughts?<\/p>\n

Just for today, try getting excited about what might go right instead of what could go wrong.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t ruin today by dwelling on yesterday.\u00a0 Let yesterday go!<\/p>\n

Try to stop anxious thoughts in their tracks and replace them with calming words. \u201dI know everything will work out just fine!\u201d \u201cLife is good.\u201d\u00a0 \u201cI know I can do this!\u201d<\/p>\n

So, no matter how bad today seemed to you, the end of today is not the end of your life or your opportunity to improve it.\u00a0 Tomorrow will be much better, if you change your thoughts and focus on positives.<\/p>\n

Paul wrote in Philippians 4:8, \u201cFinally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable\u2014if anything is excellent or praiseworthy\u2014think about such things.\u201d<\/p>\n

If you follow this advice, you will get to the end with your sanity intact.<\/p>\n
