Rejection does not have to ruin your day!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Do you seek relationships with others who do not want to connect with you?<\/p>\n

Do you let rejection get you down?<\/p>\n

My mother had rejected me my entire life. Over the years I struggled to accept her rejection, but in the past year I finally came to terms with it.\u00a0 I decided to connect with people who choose me.\u00a0 In other words, I no longer rent space in my brain to people who do not want to connect with me.\u00a0 And now I am much happier than I was.<\/p>\n

How do I stop thinking about the people who do not want to connect with me?\u00a0 I focus on people who want to connect with me.\u00a0 When thoughts of my Mother who chooses not to connect with me arise, I force myself to think about others who do accept me and love me for who I am. I also remind myself that I am a valuable, lovable human being and that I have many positive traits.<\/p>\n

And I always remind myself that my Mother’s rejection has nothing to do with my worth as a human being!<\/h5>\n

Before I started doing this, a big black cloud seemed to be following me everywhere I went.\u00a0 It blocked the sun\u2019s bright rays from filtering down to me and made me feel depressed.\u00a0 One day I reread my journal and tried to figure out why I feel depressed.\u00a0 I noticed patterns in my depressive symptoms, that I seemed to feel most depressed when I had been thinking about my Mother who was rejecting me.\u00a0 Also I realized that most people do accept me and I could think about those people instead.<\/p>\n

If you feel down because others reject you, please try to overcome your feelings of rejection.\u00a0 You will probably feel much less depressed and so much happier.<\/p>\n

Connect with other positive influences who choose you instead of those who do not want to be with you.<\/p>\n

DO NOT LET REJECTION INTERFERE WITH YOUR SUCCESS TODAY!<\/p>\n
