Something great is going on!\u00a0 A Kindness Movement has begun!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Did you know there is a \u201cKindness Movement\u201d?<\/p>\n

Audrey’s idea<\/h4>\n

A woman named Audrey dreamed up the idea. Others had been kind to her during her difficult times, and these acts of kindness sparked a positive change in her attitude.\u00a0 She had been suffering from depression and the acts of kindness that others had done for her lifted her spirits.\u00a0 Audrey also found that helping others through simple acts of kindness further improved her depression.<\/p>\n

She began to dream of starting a worldwide movement.\u00a0 She dreamed of starting a community that motivates positive kind acts and inspires other people to join.<\/p>\n

One day in a coffee shop she started a \u201cpay it forward\u201d chain in the line by paying for the coffee for the person behind her and she ran into an old friend named Gayla while leaving the coffee shop that day and they discussed her dream.\u00a0 Her friend Gayla and another friend Todor instructed Audrey on the using the internet and they also built the HappyOrangeProject.com website for Audrey.<\/p>\n

Viola!\u00a0 A movement was born!<\/p>\n

About the kindness movement<\/h4>\n

It does not cost any money to join.\u00a0 You simply perform acts of kindness, and then hopefully share your experience on the website happyorangeproject.com.\u00a0 Audrey is sending me a free t shirt just for joining her movement so you just might get a free t- shirt too!<\/p>\n

Just imagine the impact of this movement!\u00a0 It can prevent suicides and prevent violence by helping children from dysfunctional homes to feel better about their lives.\u00a0 It can change the world!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Imagine this scenario.\u00a0 You are a depressed and angry person, and you feel alone in this world.\u00a0 You have been considering joining a gang or ISIS just to have some companionship and comradery in your life.\u00a0 But you meet a kind person one day while walking through the park.\u00a0 And you run into others who are kind throughout your day. You spend time with kind people instead of joining a violent group. You make friends with kind people and do not join a violent group.\u00a0 In this scenario, kind people have just prevented untold violent acts.<\/p>\n
