{"id":2322,"date":"2017-06-23T16:54:23","date_gmt":"2017-06-23T21:54:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bobbiejrae.com\/home\/?p=2322"},"modified":"2024-08-29T13:01:06","modified_gmt":"2024-08-29T17:01:06","slug":"survive-eagle-bj-rae-encouraging-words","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.bobbiejrae.com\/home\/survive-eagle-bj-rae-encouraging-words\/","title":{"rendered":"YOU WILL SURVIVE!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em>Struggling?\u00a0 Remind yourself that you will survive.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">Just breathe. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"> You will be okay. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"> Remind yourself of all the times in the past that you felt this way. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"> This anxious and overwhelmed. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"> This depressed.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"> This stressed.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"> The times you have been in severe pain.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"> Remind yourself that you made it through each time.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"> Life has thrown so much your way. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"> Despite how hard your life has been, you are a SURVIVOR!<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"> Now you just need to breathe and believe that you will survive this too.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"> This struggle is part of the process of becoming the best person you can be.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"> As long as you don\u2019t give up and just keep persisting,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"> No matter how impossible your life seems, YOU WILL SURVIVE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">YOU WILL SOAR LIKE AN EAGLE OVER THE STORMS IN YOUR LIFE!<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">&#8211;BJ Rae<\/span><\/p>\n<p>You may not think you survive your current circumstances, but you can.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some strategies I have used to survive domestic abuse, rape, and many other very hard times.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Experience the hard times in the healthiest way possible.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Acknowledge your feelings.\u00a0 Let yourself cry.\u00a0 Talk with others about what you are going through.<\/p>\n<p>Then try to see past these hard times.\u00a0 If you have lost your job, tell yourself until you believe it that you will find a better job.\u00a0 You are in severe pain right now?\u00a0 Remind yourself that pain is not forever until you believe this pain will pass too.<\/p>\n<p>Take care of yourself.\u00a0 Eat as well as you can.\u00a0 Meditate or take short naps during the day.
